    1. Do not exceed the nominal value of the power supply during use, so as not to affect the reliability of the product. If you need to change the output parameters of the power supply, please consult the technical department of our company before using the power supply to ensure the use effect  and reliability.

    2. In order to ensure the safety of use and reduce interference, please ensure that the grounding terminal is reliably grounded (the grounding wire is larger than AWG18#).

    3. Our power supply is mainly suitable for resistive loads. If you need to use capacitive or inductive loads, please communicate with our marketing department before ordering to prevent inconvenience.

    If the power supply fails, please do not repair it without authorization, please contact the quality department of our company as soon as possible.

    Packaging, transportation, storage

    1 Packaging: The packaging box has the product name, model, manufacturer's logo, manufacturer's quality department inspection certificate, manufacturing date, etc.

    2 Transportation: This packaging is suitable for transportation by cars, ships, airplanes, trains, etc., during transportation, it should be sun-proof, rain-proof, and civilized loading and unloading.

    3 Storage: The product should be placed in the packaging box when not in use. The storage environment temperature and relative humidity should meet the requirements of the product. There should be no corrosive gases or products in the warehouse, and there should be no strong mechanical vibration, shock or strong magnetic field. . The packing box should be at least 20cm high from the ground, and at least 50cm away from the wall, heat source, and window air inlet. If the storage time is too long (more than 2 years), it should be re-inspected before use.
