The IDS5008F4 switch is a three-layer 10-gigabit managed industrial DIN-rail switch independently developed by Shenzhen Hi-Net Technology Co., Ltd. The IDS5008F4 provides 8 Gigabit electrical ports and 4 10-Gigabit SFP+ optical ports, supporting IEEE802.3/802.3u/802.3x, IEEE802.3ab, IEEE802.3z, and MDI/MDI-X auto-adaptive RJ45 ports. This switch is specifically designed to meet the flexible and diverse needs of industrial applications, providing a cost-effective industrial Ethernet communication solution. The product features high availability, reliability, and security to ensure the transmission of critical data. The IDS5008F4 industrial switch also provides redundant power support and a wide range of DC power input. In terms of structure, the IDS5008F4 industrial switch fully considers industrial installation requirements and uses DIN rail or panel mounting.

The "HRP ring" technology is specifically designed and developed by Hi-Net Technology for industrial applications. It provides self-recovery functionality after Ethernet disconnection, with a recovery time of less than 20 milliseconds. Users can specify any port (including regular ports and aggregated ports) for ring formation through the management interface, providing faster recovery speed and higher communication bandwidth.
