Warranty Policy
Dear Customer:
Thank you for your support of Shenzhen Hi-Net Technology Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter referred to as "Hi-Net") products! To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please carefully read the following terms and conditions:
1. Warranty Purpose
1.1 Purpose of Product Warranty: To correct defects in the design and manufacturing process of the product, enhance the product's overall competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
1.2 Another purpose of product warranty: To continuously improve the warranty service of Shenzhen Hi-Net Technology Co., Ltd., making the warranty work more systematic, standardized, and reasonable.

4. Accessory Warranty Policy:
Packaging materials, power cords, various connecting wires, software products, and technical documents are not covered by the warranty. If accessories malfunction within 7 days of purchase, they can be replaced free of charge.
The warranty period for external power supplies and wireless external antennas is three months. If the power supply has obvious damage from hard objects, cracks, broken feet, severe deformation, or the power cord is damaged, broken, or exposed, it will not be replaced free of charge. Users can purchase separately.
5. Exclusions from Warranty:
5.1 Out-of-warranty products that have not applied for warranty extension
5.2. Due to improper use, the following phenomena occur:
● Burn marks
● Component damage
● Missing solder pads
5.3 Unauthorized repair or modification of the product;
5.4. Product damage caused by failure to install or use according to the instructions;
5.5. Product labels, tamper-evident labels, etc., are torn, damaged, or unclear and unidentifiable;
5.6. Product damage caused by accidental factors or human actions. For example: liquid ingress, drops, inappropriate voltage input, excessive pressure, motherboard deformation, etc. For power adapters, if there is obvious damage from hard objects, cracks, broken feet, severe deformation, or the power cord is damaged, broken, or exposed;
5.7. Malfunctions or damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc.);
If the above problems occur during the warranty period, the company will charge fees based on the actual situation, and the customer will bear the material and labor costs;
Special Statement:
* The above terms and conditions only apply to Hi-Net products sold within the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).
* Our company assumes no responsibility for other commitments made by the seller to the customer that are not guaranteed by Hi-Net.
Note: The final interpretation and modification rights of this warranty policy belong to Shenzhen Hi-Net Technology Co., Ltd.
6. Extended Warranty Service:
All products sold by Hi-Net will enjoy extended warranty service according to product performance. The extended warranty service fees are as follows:

In principle, only 2 years of extended warranty service is provided. POE products with built-in power supplies only provide a maximum of 5 years warranty. If you need to extend the warranty period, please discuss with the specific service personnel to draft a supplementary agreement.
7. Hotline and Technical Support
8. Special Note
8.1 When our after-sales service department serves you, please send the corresponding invoice or purchase receipt and the product to be repaired to the Hi-Net headquarters after-sales service department. If you cannot provide an invoice or purchase receipt, the free warranty period of the product will be calculated from its production date;
8.2 Products that have been replaced or repaired by Hi-Net will enjoy the remaining period of the original promised warranty plus an additional 3-month warranty period. If the product is paid for repair, the same performance problem will enjoy a free warranty period from the date of repair for 3 months. Please request and keep your repair certificate;
8.3 The postage for returned products is borne by the sender. If the customer uses a collect-on-delivery method, we will collect it in the repair fee;
8.4 Hi-Net assumes no responsibility for other commitments made to you by the dealer that are not guaranteed by Hi-Net.
