Warranty Policy

(The following is described as "Hi-Net" for short) Product support! In order to protect your legal rights, please read the following terms carefully:

 

1. Warranty purpose

1.1 The purpose of product warranty: to correct product defects in the design and manufacturing process, and to improve the product's comprehensive competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

1.2 Another purpose of product warranty: to continuously improve the warranty service of Shenzhen Haina Times Electronics Co., Ltd., and to make the warranty work more institutionalized, standardized and rationalized.

4. Accessories warranty policy:

Packaging materials, power cords, various connecting cables and other accessories, software products, technical data, etc. are not covered by the warranty. If the accessories have performance failures within 7 days after purchase, they can be replaced free of charge.

The warranty period of the external power supply and wireless external antenna is three months. If the power supply has obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken feet, severe deformation, or the power cord is damaged, broken, or bare core, it will not be replaced for free, and the user can purchase it separately.

 

5. Non-warranty scope:

5.1. Out-of-warranty products, and no application for extension of the warranty period

5.2. The following phenomena are caused by improper use:

● Burnt marks

● Damaged components

● Pad defect

5.3 Repair or alter the product without authorization or without authorization;

5.4. Failure to install and use in accordance with the instructions causes product damage;

5.5. Product labels, tamper-evident labels, etc. are torn or destroyed, blurred and unrecognizable;

5.6. Accidental factors or human actions cause product damage. Such as: liquid ingress, drop damage, improper input voltage, excessive extrusion, deformation of the motherboard, etc. For the power adapter, if there are obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken feet, serious deformation, power cord damage, disconnection, bare core, etc.;

5.7. Failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc.);

If the product has the above problems during the warranty period, the company will charge a fee according to the actual situation, and the customer will bear the material cost and labor cost;

 

Special statement:

* The above clauses are only applicable to Hi-Net products sold within the territory of the People's Republic of China (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

* Our company does not assume any responsibility for other commitments made by the seller to customers that are not guaranteed Hi-Net.

6. Extended warranty service:

All products sold by our company will enjoy the expiration extended warranty service according to the product performance. The extended warranty service fee is as follows:

In principle, only two-year extended warranty service is provided. POE products with built-in power supply only provide a maximum of five-year warranty. If you need to extend the extended warranty period, please discuss with the specific service personnel to draft additional agreements.

 

7. Hotline and technical support services

If you have any product questions or product quality issues during your use, please call the national service hotline 400-838-8826 or send an email to sales@szhi-net.com for technical support. We will serve you wholeheartedly 24 hours a day. When technical support engineers receive customer product questions, we will answer them and provide solutions within one hour.

 

8. Special instructions

8.1 When our after-sales service department is serving you, please send the corresponding invoice or proof of purchase together with the product to be repaired back to the after-sales service department of Hi-Net headquarters. If the invoice or proof of purchase cannot be provided, the free warranty period of the product It will be calculated from its production date;

8.2 Hi-Net warranty replacement and warranty products will enjoy the remaining period of the original promised warranty plus a 3-month warranty period. If the product is repaired for a fee, the same performance problem will enjoy a free warranty period of 3 months from the date of repair, please request and keep your repair certificate;

8.3 The shipping cost of the repaired product is one-way borne by the sender. If the customer adopts the payment method, we will charge it in the repair cost;

8.4 The distributor makes other commitments to you that are not guaranteed by Hi-Net, and Hi-Net does not assume any responsibility.
