S4208 This is a new generation of Gigabit switch series independently developed by Shenzhen Hi-Net Technology Co., Ltd., targeting IP metropolitan area networks and enterprise networks, meeting the needs of Ethernet multi-service carrying and various Ethernet access. It can provide users with rich and flexible service features, effectively improving the operability, manageability, and business expansion capabilities of the product, and has excellent lightning protection capabilities and security features.
Features
● Non-blocking data exchange
It has a switching capacity of up to 40Gbps and a Layer 2/Layer 3 forwarding capability of 29.76Mpps.
● Supports jumbo frame transmission
Supports jumbo frames up to 16K bytes, improving data transmission efficiency and speed, and enhancing network throughput.
● DHCP Function
Supports DHCP Server and DHCP snooping functions, so it can also be used in the aggregation layer of larger networks with multiple subnets.
● Multicast function
Supports IGMP v1, v2, v3, and IGMP Snooping multicast routing protocols
● ARP Security control features
Supports manual binding of IP addresses and MAC addresses
It can also automatically bind according to the address range and can achieve ARP locking.
● ACL Features
Supports port ACL filtering, providing IP standard ACL and IP extended ACL.
● Multi-layer loop protection technology
Supports STP, RSTP, and MSTP protocols, with redundant features for Layer 2 links. The failover time of the primary and backup links is less than 1 second (50ms).
● Manageability
Supports multiple management methods such as CLI, Telnet, SNMP, and WEB.
Built-in multiple SNMP network management: Bridge MIB, MIBII, Entity MIB v2, RMON MIB, and Proprietary MIB
